Elite Getaways is the most recent, exciting and innovative marketing program for Sunset Group. Elite Getaways brings together all of the resources and experience from Sunset Group and creates a presence in the United States. Our immediate plan is to open 12 sales centers in the State of Florida. Upon completion of this task Elite Getaways will expand through out the East Coast of the USA and our long term goal is to cover all major cities in the nation.

Sunset Group has literally been a part of Cancun since the beginning. In fact, our CEO, Mr. Orlando Arroyo (as well as other Sunset Group partners), was an original member of a team of experts who were brought together in the 1970 by the Mexican government for a most ambitious project. They were chosen to develop the city of Cancun and the associated tourist zone under a program called FONATOUR (The National Fund for the Development of Tourism). This group was also responsible for the conceptualization, planning and building of the cities of Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo, Los Cabos, and Loreto/Puerto Escondido.

We are many things: developers, marketers, sellers, and hospitality experts. But it’s our deep passion for Mexico, Cancun and the hundreds of thousands of memories we’ve created that continue to fuel our success. We’ve taken great care in building and growing the Sunset Group- and we’ve learned a lot along the way. Today we benefit from extremely high levels of efficiency and profitability due to the leadership and vision of our founders. With our AAA credit rating and solid financial backing through several Mexican financial institutions, we are taking the next exciting step in our growth.
